Through small, mindful explorations, we arrive in the body. You begin to perceive what is there and open a space for connection and expression.

With subtle impulses, you direct your attention inwards. Away from your head – back into connection with yourself.

Carried by music and free movement, everything can soften. You don't have to perform, prove anything. Space opens up for your own unique expression.
